
Mr. Ezzedine KHALFALLAH
International Energy Consultant
Mr. Ezzedine KHALFALLAH is an International Energy Consultant, particularly within the World Bank Group. He graduated as an Engineer from the French Petroleum Institute "IFP" and holds a Degree in Business Management in the Energy Sector from HEC Montréal. He has also benefited from a specialized Training in Alternative Energy Technologies "TAET Program" at the University of Gainesville in Florida (USA).
Mr. KHALFALLAH began his career at the Tunisian Oil Company "ETAP" since 1979 where he has held several Senior Positions, including Director of Strategy and Planning. In September 2000, Mr. Ezzedine KHALFALLAH was appointed General Manager of the National Agency for Energy Conservation "ANME" then in August 2006 and until the end of May 2011, as Deputy General Manager of the Tunisian-Libyan joint-venture "Joint Oil ".
