Mr. Hatem RAKROUKI
President “SunTest Energy Services”
Mr. Hatem RAKROUKI is the Founder, President and Chairperson of SunTest Energy Services. Based in Houston, Texas, he has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with the majority of his time spent with Baroid, Dresser Industries, Halliburton, and Shell Exploration Worldwide. Mr. RAKROUKI holds a Bachelor Degree (BSc) in Geophysical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, is a graduate of the Halliburton President Leadership Program in Management, a recipient of the Halliburton (Sperry Division) Fast Track Award (2011) in Research Based Technology, and contributed to multiple Halliburton-technology patents and workflow processes. Mr. Hatem has managed oil and gas projects in the Gulf of Mexico, North America land, Brazil, French Guiana, Nigeria, Northern Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and Norway. Recently, he has been involved in projects in Bonga Field, offshore Nigeria, in the commissioning of the Thalassa Transocean rig in the Gulf of Mexico, in the last developments of Artic drilling for Shell Oil, in the Nova Scotia Exploration Project, and in projects to commission the remaining of the Ultra drilling ships. Previously, he was the Global Training Manager and a Global Human Asset Manager (GHAM) for Halliburton, before forming SunTest as a consultancy company. Mr. RAKROUKI continues to advise the United States Government through the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement and various oil and gas operators on well construction projects and Real-Time Operations Center (RTOC) applications.
