Mr. Bechir AFDHAL
1999: Master’s Degree (Diploma of Thorough Studies) of Biology, Faculty of Sciences of Tunis.
Practices during 11 years in the field of the development of Environmental Impact Assessments, environmental reports and Safety & Risk Assessment studies for oil and gas and industry sectors.
Developed and participated in the development of more than 200 environmental studies essentially for the most of oil and gas companies.
From 2008, he is the Manager of his own FNAC For ENVIRONMENT Consultancy which is specialized in oil and gas field from exploration to operation Drilling
Mr. Hamdi SRIOUI
President and Founder
Hamdi Srioui is President and founder of SriNext. He has a recognized expertise in drilling safety and rig maintenance. As senior rig inspector and auditor of management systems, he introduced innovative reporting tools into rig inspection and HSE monitoring activities. Hamdi Srioui has three technical Master Degrees (mechanical engineering, electronics and automation, Fluid mechanics) and an MBA from London Business School and Columbia Business School.
Mrs. Noura AYARI
Mrs Noura Saidi Ayari, graduated from ENIT (National School of Engineering of Tunis) as an Electrical Engineer in 1997, and then in 1999 with a Master’s degree specialized in applied Geophysics, has since then integrated ETAP in which she worked as a Geophysicist in the Exploration Department until 2004. As of 2005, Mrs Noura Saidi Ayari integrated OMV as a Senior Geophysicist in the Exploration and Reservoir Department.
Mr. Habib BOUCHHIMA
Projects and Facilities Director
Graduated from Ecole Centrale, France as an Engineer in 1978 ; Mr Habib Bouchhima integrated Serept Sfax the same year as Project Engineer, to be promoted some years later to the Technical Manager position in Ashtart Complementary Development field. After being appointed in QGPC (QATAR GENERAL PETROLEUM CORPORATION) – DOHA from 1988 until 1991 as Head of Development Projects, he reintegrated Serept as Project Manager, then as Production Manager in Onshore and off shore fields. From 2001 to 2004 he worked in OMV as Project Manager , and was promoted to the position of Projects and Facilities Director in Serept since then.
Mrs. Lulya OUDJIDA
Regional Geomechanical Adviser
Worked for Total (France), Western Atlas London as a Geoscientist, Corelab (ScottPickford) London as a Senior Petrophysicist, Baker Atlas London as a Senior Geomechanical Engineer and currently for Baker Hughes as a Regional Geomechanical Adviser based in Pau and supporting Africa Operations.
Mr. William (Bill) BARCLAY
Artificial Lift Regional Operations Support Manager
Bill has 29 Years ESP experience in various disciplines and has worked in the North Sea, Middle East, West and North Africa and Asia, where in China he managed the first field deployment of subsea ESPs. He has several years working in Run live development with client groups to evaluate ESP and associated equipment failures and implementation of workable solution, resulting in much improved run lives for the pumps. Bill worked closely with ESP penetrator suppliers to address failure causes and implement improvements and training programs. Bill is author and coauthor on two papers:
a. “New Technology and Techniques Allow the Restart of “Stuck Pumps” Eliminating the Need for an Offshore Workover” at the ESP round table in Houston 2001
b. “Technically Enhanced Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (TENORM) – How Much Do We Really Know” paper number SPE 127128, presented in Brazil in 2010 at the SPE round table
Mr. Reda TARABET
Production and Stimulation Business Development Manager
Reda started his career with Schlumberger in 2002 in Hassi Messaoud as a fracturing field engineer, in charge of the execution, then design and evaluation of fracturing jobs. Reda’s career took him from Algeria to Congo, Libya and now Tunisia in different roles in the fracturing discipline, from field to advisory office based roles and acquiring experience in fracturing design, execution and evaluation of treatments including HPHT wells, multistage horizontal wells; in identification of the wells that are underperforming and that can benefit from hydraulic fracturing; in identification of production optimization opportunities (artificial lift optimization, well stimulation and additional perforation).
Mr. Ahmed ELLEUCH
-Expert in Mechanical, Piping and Pipeline design more than 14 years of professional experience in oil & gas industry Engineering and project coordination,
-Graduated in Electromechanical Engineering from National School of Engineers of Sfax in 1997.
-Has started in POULINA Group for short period and then worked for EPPM on several Engineering projects in oil & gas related to upstream facilities and pipelines design in onshore and offshore fields.
